The Town of Elba is looking for a Treasurer to finish the current term, some of the duties would include: 

Attends Monthly Town Board Meeting

Completes Towns Deposits

Completes Monthly Treasurers Report

Maintains a Ledger of accounts in QuickBooks for both the Town and Elba Sanitary District

Completes requests from Title Companies regarding Special Assessments

Registers Dogs and Issues Tags

Mails and collects the initial Payment for Property Tax Bills (December-January 31)

Creates Agendas for the Elba Sanitary District

Attends Quarterly Elba Sanitary District Meetings

Creates Invoices and Collects Payments for Elba Sanitary District

Issues Checks and Makes Deposits for Elba Sanitary District

Submits required sanitary district reports
