NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Elba Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday August 17, 2026, at 7:00pm at the Town Hall located at N3799 County Road T to consider the Minor Land Division request of the Phyllis Hammann Estate create one (1) 33.154 -acre lot, located along the east side of Baden Street in part of the NE ¼ of the NW ¼, Section 18, in the Town of Elba. Town of Elba Parcel #014-1013-1821-000. Details of the request are on file at the Clerk’s office and may be viewed by contacting the Town Clerk. A quorum of the Town Board and/or Plan Commission may be present.
