The Commission of the Elba Sanitary District #1 pursuant to its authority under Section 60.77 Wis. Stats. does hereby amend the Elba Sanitary District #1, Ordinance and does so as follows:
- Section 2 Creation is hereby repealed and recreated:
- Section 6 District Officials is hereby repealed and recreated:
- Section 8 Operations is hereby repealed and recreated:
- Section 9 Sewer User Charges is hereby repleaded and recreated:
- Section 11 Sewer Use Regulations is hereby repealed and recreated:
